How to use MDID2 images in PowerPoint
From Mdidwiki
When you are creating a presentation that uses custom text slides or other media, you may choose to use PowerPoint over the MDID ImageViewer. Depending on your permissions in your MDID installation, this can be very simple.
- To include an individual image, find that image in MDID using Search, Browse, etc. and click the little disk icon shown beneath the thumbnail. This will show the full size image in a browser window. You can then save the image to your computer and insert it in PowerPoint.
- To include a complete slideshow in PowerPoint, simply package the slideshow by clicking the appropriate link on that slideshow's properties page. This will generate a ZIP file you can download and extract on your computer. All images from your slideshow will be located in the images folder within the ZIP file. If you are using PowerPoint 2000, you can download a tool that allows you to import a whole folder of images into PowerPoint slides, which makes the process a lot simpler.
